**** It is now summer, so there should be plenty beautiful days to write names... I am REALLY going to try hard to do them within 2 weeks of request, weather/schedule permitting****

Pictures

I took pictures for all the names waiting. Unfortunately, this look pretty grey and I would like to redo them. This just means you will have to wait a little longer. We are having pretty rough weather here with lots of grey cloud. Please be patient. If anyone cannot wait because it is a gift or something, email me and I will email you what I took. Sorry guys!

How it got started

I lost my son, Maxton David, to congenital diaphragmatic hernia, on March 21st, 2009 after an 18 day battle against this birth defect. On sunny days, I stare at the sky and think of him. Most of these thoughts are thinking of what he must be doing now, in heaven. I think how someday he will tell me all these stories or things he has done and I cannot wait for that day- to hear his stories. I often wish the sky would spell out his name- tell me he is okay. As of yet, the clouds have not been able to this, but I have written his name and "put" it in the sky. Thus, this is my gift to you. If you would like to have your child's name in the sky, please email me at ashleynaye@aol.com. I will be doing all lost children, not just CDH children, so please feel free to request any child who has been lost.
